      Don't treat is as Company it is like a learning institute !!

      Pros

      If you are at the beginning of your career then it is a good place to learn and grow, but don't spend more than 2 years.

      Cons

      1) No gratuity. After completing 5 years if you leave the company you will not get any gratuity, I have been waiting for 2 years to get my gratuity, so don't get trapped in what they have mentioned in the offer letter or in salary structure it all fake. 2)No PF. 3) No Leave encashment. I had more than 20 leaves when I left this organization but did not receive any cash for that.

      Pros

      Reaching the office takes less time

      Cons

      Timings are flexible but you must sit in office more than 10 hours to prove that you work harder. No matter you complete 1% of the assigned task in 10 hours, you will be considered as hard worker. Everything is monitored like a kinder garden. You can never feel that you are in IT industry. People from particular region are favoured a lot and talents are ignored.
