A great place to learn

Pros

Challenging yet rewarding days. A great place to expedite learning and permitting skills. You’ll gain experience quicker than anywhere else. Think of it as a paid internship. It’s not easy, but the hard work is worth it if you aren’t afraid of a challenge.

Cons

Sometimes the work given is above my current skill level. You either rise to the occasion, or don’t. Not a con necessarily, but this can be stressful.

Pros

The co-workers were nice, and I made quite a few friends - let's call it trauma bonding. Sapphos is full of a lot of hardworking people that are severely underappreciated. The health benefits were also good, thankfully because I needed therapy while I was there...

Cons

I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. The most disorganized, toxic work environment I've ever been in. Marie is a narcissist and the worst human I've ever experienced in a work setting. She's incredibly unprofessional, screams at her staff and devalues the people that work the hardest. Work-life balance? Forget about it.

Pros

Great people to work with and good learning opportunities. Excellent health insurance. And that’s about it.

Cons

Extremely stressful and chaotic. The owner is vindictive and will turn on a dime plus her ethics are highly questionable. The owner under values and consequently underpays valuable staff. Owner puts the micro in micromanagement and makes every task unnecessarily complicated. This company has no plan to move forward or grow.
