Pros

Huge growth opportunities, with expansion into Chicago and New York and plans to grow across Asia and Europe, offering excellent progression and international travel opportunities. The commission structure is strong, with great support from the team. Everyone in the business are genuinely great people - a down-to-earth bunch, which is hard to find in sales.

Cons

It is a sales role. It's not easy, things go wrong, you have to be resilient!
