Pros

Freedom to put your stamp on things Pay was ok

Cons

If you are female or not from Belgium then you will have to fight three times as much to be heard and be recognised. Nepotism and cronyism are rife within this place! Many of the more senior managers are there to get what they can out of the business e.g. new cars, bottomless travel allowances etc. Too much time spent covering your butt, an environment of very low trust. A lot of clashes in senior management between Belgium and Australian staff even out in full view of the rest of staff. Inconsistent treatment of female staff vs male staff. Female staff have to prove themselves much more than male staff. Managers out to get each other. Incompetent staff are promoted and good staff are let go. Huge sales team but no contracts being won. Honesty and integrity do not exist here.

- Global brand recognition - International environment

Cons

- Poor management that has zero experience with cranes or heavy equipment in general - very understaffed, you never have 1 (or 2 or 3 ) job -
