Pros
Coworkers were the best. They truly made teamwork possible and wanted to see us succeed. This position was hybrid, but really could be remote if it did not include managing promotional inventory.
Cons
Supervisor micromanaged me to the nth degree, and despite being hired during a pandemic, this position is grossly underpaid for the amount of work required. It's a proposal writer, a marketing assistant, social media manager, and Web & CRM admin position and not even paying the market value for one.
