Pros
I have been a part of Sarvaha Systems since almost about a year. My experience here was warm. I've been at some places before, but I found my stop here because of the embracing culture & notion of treating everyone equally and like a member of the family.
About the Work & Skill Enhancement:
1. Supportive Team, Leads, Managers & other co-workers. You'll find someone to listen to your problems, doubts.
2. I'm on the Software development team, been at multiple projects and the scope of learning is huge. You're not imposed with something but instead you're given a choice of which direction you want to head to.
3. You're encouraged to learn a new technology on your terms whether or not that's a part of your current work.
About Flexibility:
1. Extremely flexible working hours.
2. Sarvaha Systems does not forces you to work from office but instead it's "Work from Anywhere".
Sarvaha will always appreciate your efforts and understand you're problems and will be there when you need. There is no level of designation as far as communication is concerned, everyone can reach out to anyone. And adding to the awesomeness, here at Sarvaha we have monthly sessions with fun stuff/games just to take the stress off.
