Pros

Remote work, and based in DIFC.

Cons

They fired a dozen of people in June 2022, then fired 50% of the company in March 2023. The company's revenue is so low that they cannot afford paying their own employees. Hypocrisy and lying to the employees is normal. There is no vision, and they keep switching strategies every few months, and more often than not, quarterly objectives are not being met. They are still figuring out how to keep their investors happy, but in reality, they are not meeting their objectives and just continue lying to the media, users, and investors, in hopes of creating hype around their products. This is not a tech company. It is a false-marketing agency.

A crippled startup that is falling apart

Pros

A fully remote culture with great work/life balance and a very kind management team.

Cons

No job security whatsoever. They did 2 rounds of layoffs. Transparency has been lost a long time ago. Double standards and hypocrisy are clear throughout the management's communication.

Pros

- Flexible environment: Remote policy, they don't clock your hours or micromanage and flexible mindset - Autonomy: you feel you get real autonomy in the projects you work on - Inclusive / supportive people: everyone is really nice and supportive

Cons

- It's a startup so processes are still being learned and put in place but they're improving really qiickly
