- Very good engineering team and working culture - Salary in Dollar - Great culture, with true leadership - Remote work
Cons
- Top management and founders change their promises - No clear policy and constantly changes it. - The company in Egypt has not related anything to HQ unless the name - There was a lot of excellent team spirit last three years, but now the working culture is very stressful and toxic, the Medical is not good, and the salary has been too late since Sary started operating in Egypt. -No clear from Egypt's top management why changing processes or promises. They used to share with us why they make decisions about the environment or our careers in Sary.
