Cons

1. Probation period of 6 months without any leave or medical claims allowed, and if your probation gets extended you will still not be able to receive benefits 2. Lack of trust in independent work, managers prefer constant supervision. 3. Unprofessional HR, lack of confidentiality and discussions without consent. 4. Inefficient resignation process, short notice for finding replacements and last-minute handover. 5. False promises of work-from-home flexibility, limited only to specific situations. 6. Double standards in attendance, managers' excuses accepted while others face issues. 7. Uncompensated overtime and expectation to work beyond regular hours. 8. Disregard for team availability when scheduling client meetings. 9. Lack of proper communication channels, excessive reliance on WhatsApp. 10. Account executives blamed for everything, including errors made by others. 11. Private lives and work lives get mixed due to usage of social media for work 12. Inconsistent claims process, biased towards certain teams or manager preferences. 13. When manager is affected by personal issues, communication in the workplace is hindered. 14. Lack of recognition for individual efforts, credit often given to managers instead.

Pros

Superb, supporting environment. People there are very nice, helpful and welcoming. The work is work, but manageable and gets you thinking out the box

Cons

Some of the clients are quite corporate, so if you wish to venture in more creativity, you can always inquire on existing clients
