      Pay was decent. They tend to be generous in salary.

      Cons

      The CEO is a certified mean girl. She has built a brand on women empowerment and it is all a facade. Supplying a extremely low quality product, marketing it as "luxury". Upper management, specifically the CEO, is incapable of effective communication with team leaders leaving a gap for their subsequent teams. It's an overall horrible and mentally draining place to work.
