Pros
Sassy has a great community feel to it, and encourages creative collaboration with everyone in the office space, regardless of whether its Sales & marketing with editorial, or design and finance. Fostering the relationships between everyone on the team is one of the strengths of this company. Employees are given the freedom of self - starting projects, but management are always available if you need advice or mentorship
Cons
Number of assignments are scattered and unstable. Sometimes during slow periods, work load will be minimal, but during high traffic seasons, the workload could be quite overwhelming.
