Office politics is ruining things

Pros

Flexible working hours Hybrid workflow Good learning of product Humble colleagues especially Customer Support staff are very polite people CEO is a nice gentleman and listens to his employees in meetings Technical CTO and talented team members

Cons

Some of the co workers and their politics are driving everyone away from the company. Co-workers of engineering department, who are quite senior, talk badly about everyone and especially dislike all the departments other than their own. If someone new joins the team and tries to gain product knowledge, and if they make a mistake, these co-workers talk negatively about the person to such an extent that the new hire eventually has to resign. The bad part is that no one in management is going to believe any of this, as these co-workers cunningly impress the management all the time. The company used to be a very good and amazing place to work when Mashhood was the lead. He is an absolute gem of a person, and after him, everything has deteriorated—a very big loss to the company indeed.

Pros

Their product team when it was at its full capacity before everyone left, everyone was extremely smart and fun to work with. The QA department has extremely talented people who were keeping the application and web from breaking due to the poor code written by Engineers

Cons

Extremely bad Engineering Managers and Engineers. They wanted to be Product Managers themselves and would say no to things that would require some work. Everyone just wanted to chill around and every time our sprint completion only was half at max at the end of each sprint.

Cons

1. Poor management. 2. Toxic office politics. (poor/invalid reasons and excuses for hiring or terminating process) 3. Not such any employee benefit. 4. No technical or financial growth. 5. low salaries (small startups are even paying much higher)
