Worst company i have seen my life. Sorry this is not co. this should call Machhi Market. 1. Worst management/ No proper work system/ as well as culture 2. Employee will get salary after 2 months (that too if fund is there, & there is always crises about fund) 3. Both contribution for PF (your and companies)you will have to beer from your own pocket. 4. heavy deduction for late coming and no perk for late evening or weekend (Sunday) 5. Staff treated like slave/ always abusive language & aggression from Management. 6. after providing service more than year still did not get any appointment letter. they have provide me letter of intent initially. 7. Company don't like to give FNF for their staff. 8. Vendor dues since long years, no intention to clear it. 9. employee average retention span is 2-3 months 10. Bank loan is the source of company survival.

Better to be remain unemployed or jobless rather than being employed with a company called Satec where you will gain nothing but only humiliation, insult, abusive language from the management. Candidate after joining this organisation gets their salary after 2 and half month. No salary slip is being issued. Employees have to beg for appointment letter and salary slips. Management treats their employees like slaves.
