      Great Culture, Compassionate Founder, Growing Pains

      Pros

      - The best most supportive group of people I have ever worked with - Incredibly passionate and supportive founder. Willing to work with you to make sure you are as comfortable and happy as possible at work - New projects every few months, keeps everything fresh and interesting - Interesting projects to work on

      Cons

      - Typical growing pains. Still sorting out internal systems but they are being worked on - A little disorganised over all. Again, this has been improving - Stressful at times. Hard to keep work from spilling out of normal business hours
