      Pros

      - amazing work life balance - very compassionate leadership - lots of opportunity to grow and support to do so - friendly co workers - growing company - time to learn pretty much what ever you want

      Cons

      Not really many cons to be honest. Satel isn't a huge company like Microsoft or Google so the pay wont be at the top of the scale but the pay is actually still good

      It's great that you enjoy working with your team as you grow your skills! Yeah, in terms of salary we can't compete with the big guys like Microsoft, but we like to think we have a healthier work-life balance ;). Thanks for your impressions.

      Very sorry that your experience at Satel was horrible. Feeling unhappy at work is not an experience anyone should have to live through. We have recently put a lot of time and energy into improving the company culture at Satel so that working at Satel can have a positive aspect on the lives of our team.
