      Pros

      Free coffee sometimes, depends on manager. Free food, sometimes, depends on manager. Pie for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Decent tips and customers.

      Cons

      Inconsistent managing. Owner of business has no clue what is even on the menu. High turnover. No chance of raise. Hard to move up in company.
