Intimate company with close colleague and management relationships. Great opportunities and exposure to clients. Good work/life balance for a consultancy with limited travel. This firm is excellent for people who wish to stay mostly in New York and work in an entrepreneurial spirited setting, whose clients are top Fortune 50 companies.

Cons

Low overhead means limited office space. The main bread and butter of the firm is program/project management, which may not be as exciting, but the work involves much more than the administrative aspects of the role. The breadth of solutions and opportunities are ever increasing.
