This company management is full of favouritism if you do overtime and listen to everything managers say you will be liked and will get progression at slowest pace ever. Team leaders do not know answers to procedures so you best off asking the wall some questions useless management.
Cons
Pick and choose favourite people and help them progress.They never want you to complain even if they doing something extremely unacceptable they expect you to stay quiet otherwise they will treat you in a bad manner if you speak up.
