      Cons

      The upper management will play favorites. Whether their favorites are doing something wrong and illegal or not, they’ll always take their side. Nothing will happen to the person not doing their job, but the person that brings up some questionable behaviors of colleagues, you’ll get canned.

      located in really posh and white neighborhoods, both neighborhood and team are not very diverse
