Pros

You work in Hoboken. That's it.

Cons

Number one. Manika, the owner, CEO, thinking she's the god emperor of the world talks down to all the employees, belittling them, demands of them as if she were a dictator. She acts as if she was never taught human compassion. She asked an 8 month pregnant employee to walk several blocks to pick up office supplies when anyone else could have. She TELLS employees they need to stay later or even work over the weekend when they aren't paid anywhere near enough to do so. She takes numerous vacations and gives a hard time to anyone who wants to take a week off. There should be an award for worst boss/person of all time or person with the least empathy to ever walk the Earth and she would hands down be top 3 next to maybe Putin and Trump. You're asked to come in at 8 and leave at 6. I was hired under the hours of 9-5 and was demanded to come in earlier and leave later. I said no way as I was hired under an understanding of my hours. She acted as if it was ridiculous and I asked her if she ever heard of something called a work life balance, which she probably has never heard of.

Pros

You get to work with some good AT&T people.

Cons

The CEO is an unscrupulous person who is a borderline sociopath. Actually, no, not borderline at all. She IS a sociopath. She believes the rules simply don't apply to her and she does whatever she can to get business. That includes, lying, cheating and stealing commissions from her own employees. She is very good at making people (AT&T reps, whom she needs business from) feel like she actually cares about them, but she couldn't care less about anything but the almighty dollar. She expects her employees to work around the clock, while she flies around the world on expensive vacations. She claims to be a feminist, but everyone knows that she is leveraged with several high-level managers at AT&T because her husband handles their finances. He's a big shot at TD Ameritrade. I could go on and on about her but I think you get the picture.

Pros

Nada, none, zilch, zero, nothing

Cons

Where to start? I agree with the previous reviews; Manika (CEO) runs her business like an Indonesian sweatshop. She is unscrupulous in every way imaginable, as is evidenced by the lawsuits that have been filed against her by her previous employees. She lies, cheats and steals and she would sell her mother if it would gain her a few dollars. She actually took the time to write two five star reviews on glassdoor because she can’t bear to let it be known that she is a slimy, snake-like, greedy business owner. Not only did she write those two positive reviews about her company (and more importantly, about herself), she actually had the gall to send out a fake email to one of the northeast AT&T enterprise teams. In that email, she pretended to be an AT&T wireline rep and was repulsed by the fact that business was going to a new solution provider. Newsflash Manika: WE ALL KNEW IT WAS YOU. Wireline reps never refer to themselves as “wireline reps.” How pathetic can one human being be?
