Pros

The work is not hard at all. You’ve got a good team around you so the busy shifts go by easily and you get paid well.

Cons

Game day shifts can be very long and busy but not really that bad. Otherwise there really isn’t anything bad.

Pros

Flexible Work Schedule, Good Coworkers, Excellent boss who encourages new ideas, rewards above and beyond work, and is very understanding.

Cons

Weekends are important during football season but the work is compensated through a large influx of tips and a free meal.
