      Good work life balance, car, great accomodation and timely salary. One will learn advanced global processes in first one or two years. After that nothing more

      Terrible work culture. South Indian TAm bram socialist/fascist culture. No promotion no increment no bonus no job growth. Very compartmental and bureaucratic and following totally obsolete management practices

      Good benefits , including fully furnished accommodation , HP scheme for car , free school transportation , full medical care , travel arrangements as per eligibility , end of service gratuity.

      Cons

      No clear vision from the side of management , too many employees , limited career growth , no increment , no bonus. Bad employee retention .
