I have been working at Saudi Telecom

    Pros

Work ends at 3:30 to 4 pm. But it’s not worth it.

    Cons

I can write books about how bad is this company to work for but going to make it short: 1- Management from the Group CEO to junior manager don’t believe in their staff capabilities, everything has to be signed and stamped by a third party consultant. 2- Due to high dependency on consultants in every day to day work, staff grow clueless of their job functions and how to do actual work 3- Team work ethics is horrible, it’s all political to get the final credit 4- Extreme nepotism environment, certain tribes/families are in high positions and parachutists to the moon and back , regardless if they can do the job or not 5- Complete group strategy changes once the BOD have changed which happens every 3 years leaving business and staff in a chaotic environment running like headless chicken with every new BOD 6- group subsidiaries are treated like the enemy, often times third parties are favored to do business with than the wholly owned subsidiaries of the company.
