Pros

The company has a great culture and the people are outstanding to work with. A lot of fun projects and a well respected company in the Denver area.

Cons

Laid off about 50% of their work force at the first sign of a recession. If you are looking for job security this is not the place for you. Pay is below average compared to the rest of the Colorado industry. Career growth is a game of favorites, if you want to move up you have to play politics.

They are doing a great job of transitioning from mid-size to a large contractor. They understand that with bringing on a lot of new employees comes a challenge of establishing a culture and they go to great lengths to do so.

Cons

The field side is very old school. Need to infuse some younger talent to help the field supervision keep up with the times
