Pros

Flexible hours and that's it.

Cons

Low pay and no pay increase for the foreseeable future. Company does not care about its employees by taking away many of the benefits it once offered. Building is falling apart with no action from owners to fix it. Condescending HR Director. Expectation to work multiple roles with no compensation.

Pros

It is a small company therefore I was able to take on many different kinds of rolls at the company.

Cons

Poor management, no direct hierarchy which led to a lot of miscommunication. They don't have any form of a yearly review and don't adjust salary with inflation and expect you to work overtime in several of the positions. They removed the 401K match, have minimal vacation days and standard PTO. The company culture is VERY old school. I worked there for several years and witnessed an extremely high turnover in that time. They have a hard time maintaining employment.
