Pros

This is a fantastic place to work if you are looking for a company with a strong, trending vision and clear direction. The office environment is smooth, welcoming, and supported by top-notch facilities like daily meals and reliable cab services. What truly stands out is the leadership. Management provides excellent guidance, and the CEO is actively supportive and dedicated to the company's long-term goals. In my one-year journey here, I have enjoyed working here and building good products. If you are skilled, focused, and good at what you do, you can build a very strong career here.

Cons

Nothing negative to report regarding the daily work environment

Pros

None. After 8+ years in the industry and working with numerous startups, I can confidently say this is the worst professional experience of my career.

Cons

Lack of Legal Entity & Accountability: Sav does not operate as a legal entity in India; they use a third-party payroll firm (Multiplier). This means there is zero employer liability or protection for Indian employees. They exploit this gap to bypass labor standards. Toxic Management & "Exploitation" Culture: The leadership lacks vision and competence. The "Sav V2" project has been in development since 2022 and, as of 2026, remains incomplete due to poor management. They moved operations to India specifically to exploit the workforce. Exploitative Scheduling and Forced Weekends: While the official shift is 2 PM to 11 PM, this is rarely honored in practice. Management routinely pressures employees into working significantly longer durations without adequate breaks. Furthermore, Saturday work is frequently made mandatory, showing a complete disregard for work-life balance and personal time. Hostile HR & Management: HR acts solely as a "puppet" for the CEO and CTO. They do not support employees; instead, they enforce "friendly" policies on paper that don't exist in reality. If you have an emergency or a differing opinion, you face immediate termination. The "Bonus Trap": Do not be fooled by joining bonuses. It is a retention tactic for a company where people frequently quit within the first 7 to 30 days. Note to Candidates: Whatever I have written here is 100% accurate. If you have any doubts, talk to the past employees on LinkedIn. Current employees have a conflict of interest—if they speak out to HR, their jobs will be at risk. Be careful not to mention specific names when reaching out to protect those still there.
