      Can set up an interview

      Interviewed in October from out of town. Most unprofessional interaction ever. The so call HR lady is sitting at front desk, looking like she's going to a Bar. The production manager walks you around the facility with little interaction. And once over They say they will get back to you with a welcome email, update on progress, you hear silence. They should be embarrassed with their initial optics. 1/10

      Possibility of advancement. A few great coworkers!

      Cons

      Overworked employees due to mandated weekends. As a result it lowers moral/production. Thus creating a never ending cycle. Constant part shortages.

      Horrible Office Environment

      Pros

      Good pay, good co-workers. Some of the longer term employees really cared about the plant and position. (Albeit falling on the deaf ears of management.)

      Cons

      Terrible management - undereducated, uninformed, no sense of leadership. "Good old boys" club who's upper management rules on favoritism and emotion. Both the office and factory floor are a sexual harassment suit waiting to happen. As a female working in the office, the actual work environment inhibited me reaching my full potential and completing my daily job. HR was useless and told me it was my problem to handle. The younger workforce is leaving, so I do not see how the company can be progressive.
