      I can’t say I have any pros

      Cons

      No work life balance Management gives no support Hr department pretends to be of assistance but are all for ED even if the ED is not doing their part. As a medical professional, you are under minded by management because all they think about is money and not compliance. Licensing is in and out the building because of complaints.

      Red Flags - Family Owned Business

      Pros

      Technology is really cool. Complete home automation with more and more AI coming on board. Smart people with a technical vision - excluding leadership.

      Cons

      Family owned business. People are in positions that they have no business (or more importantly, experience) leading. Lack of direction. In a room full of 30 people, only 3 are non-family and obviously not going anywhere or being looked at as a source of expertise.
