HR are ineffective & couldn't care less about employees or contractors Some managers micro-manage because they don't have a clear vision for the company/subject No support with training/lesser experienced No acceptance of different ideas and cannot give a straight answer on standards for resources Management 1-1 meetings were forced, unhelpful and impersonal - not helpful and were simply micro-managing without understanding employees' value/experience No consistency amongst management - some were great work with, some horrific and wanted their way or none Expectancies amongst team members is inconsistent and unfair
