Upper Management Incredibly Disorganized

Supportive team members/coworkers, decent pay and hours when you get called, fulfilling work, and great mission.

Cons

Can't seem to keep a recovery director, blatant favoritism for the main KC office, upper management will leave the other offices stretched thin to cover open shifts when understaffed. HR is shifty and does not seem to prioritize working with employees.
