Pros

Saving Sight has intentionally worked to create a positive culture. Employees are cheerful and hard-working. There is a focus on process improvement rather than placing of blame. Excellent benefits. Strong HR with a focus on employees.

Cons

Working in the eye donation field can be emotionally draining. Saving Sight does what it can to support employees mental health.
