There’s real room to grow here, both in terms of learning new skills and moving up. Compensation and benefits are competitive and match up well with the market.

      Toxic place, favouritism, politics, no transparency

      There is hardly any pros. Some people are good in some teams.

      Cons

      1. Toxic place with lack of transparency 2. Unprofessional managers and HRs 3. Biased promotion and appraisal based on favouritism, pure politics 4. Dictatorship attitude of managers with no listening attitude, who want to force their mindset on employees. 5. talented skilled competent people are sidelined and promotion, onsite opportunity, hike etc are given to non performing personal favourites. Company lacks professionalism and there is no system at all for a single concern to get addressed. My experience in FE and partner enablement team was bad and I faced huge favouritism and politics.
