      Pros

      There’s not a lot of pressure or long work days.

      Cons

      There is no training or even an explanation of our roles here which shift without notice. We’re constantly surprised by new hires. Managers are not honest and they don’t even like one another.

      Growing institution could be - or should be - a hotbed of opportunity. Management is aware of the necessity of adaptation to changes in an evolving industry.

      Cons

      Poorly organized structure results in fits and starts, without any new breakthroughs. Despite its small size, the company is rife with politics and cliques.

      Great place to work at! Sustained recruitment of new talented committed people. Accessible and easy to talk to senior management. Fast paced environment where I’m never bored.

      More work needed on our online banking presence. However, management has been proactively working on updating our public profile.
