Cons
Let's start with the managers first: All the managers are best friends, two are married to eachother. Highly unprofessional and have an attitude of knowing it all but in reality, they know nothing. -The management is too young and inexperienced. - Going to HR, is like telling the whole office about your problems. - this place just like university, lots of gossips and toxic environment, favouritism at it's peak!!! - favourite ones will get all the bonus points while hard workings ones will rott and eventually leave this place because of zero growth.
