Pros

Coworkers are nice but overworked and stressed. Office environment is sterile. There is food and soda.

Cons

Executive management is controlling. Long hours wearing multiple hats at startup with little money. Executive management likes to hire very experienced people, convince them to take a paycut because the opportunity is so wonderful, but its all lies. Executive management will demean and insult workers. Benefits are nil. There is 2 weeks vacation for full time employees. However you will be nickeled and dimed on those vacation hours even though you will put 60 plus hours in. You will never see comp time or money for those extra hours put in.

Pros

None that I had with this business

Cons

This company says they're "family based" when in fact it's a clique of in experienced people trying to startup a business like Credit Karma. Be ware of a boring atmosphere and very fake people.

Cons

They push the “family” culture - red flag! Nepotism is off the charts Benefits are next to nonexistent - no 401(k) match, little PTO Pay could be better adjusted to cost of living depending on location Promotions are hand picked and given Expected to put in long hours
