You are promised lots of support and service when Saxon doesnt even know what or how to support their services.
If you are a sales person that cares about your customers, don't work here. They will tell you straight up that it is not your job to take care of the customer once they sign. "That's what service (when they answer the phone) is for."
Commission pay is a mystery, with hidden excel formulas and policies that you are never 100% clear on.
Communication is not there at all. Gossip is not communication.
Saxon thinks it is a large company because it's owned by Xerox. This gives them a huge ego, but that ego will be crashing sooner rather then later.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
