There’s essentially all-new leadership at this company, with the latest a new CEO from another firm with a not-so-great work/life balance. The company is imploding, for lack of a better term. Long-term, loyal employees (some with 15+ years) are leaving to pursue other opportunities, which is a huge signal for current employees to leave. Unlimited PTO was stripped back, and a return-to-office policy was mandated 5 days a week for employees in the Oklahoma City area while remote employees can stay remote. It will be interesting to see what comes of this place in the next 6 months or so.

Lack of direction, unskilled managers, no established process. Many senior team members haven’t worked anywhere else or have very limited experience and it shows.
