Pros
-The bosses are never in the office so you can pretty much work at your own leisure. -I know a few people who have made it out alive..... -Sometimes you can get a good laugh at how much of a joke this place is.
Cons
I wouldn't waste my time listing all of the cons that make up this pathetic company-- but heres a few good ones. Whoever said the CEO is a psychopath--thats an understatement. The building maintenance men used to gossip about how awful of a person she is...that says a lot. They will not keep you very long. They'll get what they need from you and let you go-typically for a reason they made up, or if you're old. They don't like to pay that much (or at all) so you wont be there long enough to get more money. If they don't fire you, congrats! But when you try to quit, they threaten you and cause a scene. Awful reputation from NYC fashion industry to China's factories. Everyone who has dealt with them, knows they are schemers. They'll probably file for bankruptcy pretty soon- the CEO has a history of running down companies Its a revolving door
