Pros
The residents are great to work with. The job itself is enjoyable.
Cons
Management is terrible. they truly only care about the money they're getting rather than the residents' well being. There's lots of neglect that families don't know about. Most CNA's and nurses don't care about the residents. Sometimes they aren't fed or bathed. They're so lazy.
