Pros

Downtown Westlake used to be a great place to work.

Cons

Sexual harassment acknowledged & accepted by management, no real chance of advancement and bad mouthing of others stemming from the top.

This is an interesting post because we never had a "Senior Executive Assistant" here at Sazan, and the only bad mouthing is being done right here. Sexual harassment allegations are very serious and we take preventive measures to avoid it. We have a zero tolerance policy for harassment of any kind in the workplace so in the event of a claim, Sazan takes swift direct action.

Pros

Comparable pay. Bus pass provided. Nice location. A few good apples.

Cons

High turnover. There are a few good leads that care and support their teams. However, the top is horribly negative and set an unsettling tone throughout.

We are sorry to hear you are feeling such strong negative feelings about our company. Unfortunately most companies are seeing increased turnover these days, but Sazan has actually managed to keep our headcount afloat. Please come talk to HR about your concerns about the company and about the harassment you mentioned. We have zero tolerance for workplace harassment.

Pros

Offices have impressive views and addresses

Cons

•Upper management is unauthentic and has a hard time with direct communication. Employees are expected to read between the lines which results in confusion and high turn over. •IT policies lack transparency, which became concerning during COVID and remotely working from home. •Failure of leadership during COVID. Health and safety concerns in general. Being pushed by supervisors to work beyond ones limit is company wide standard.

We appreciate honesty and direct communication too. That's why we encourage all employees to report issues directly to their supervisor, HR, Principals, or the President.
