Free tuition benefit for self, spouse. One class per term but you can't take time off work to use it.

Cons

Low pay, increase in responsibilities without increase in pay, little or no support from supervisors. Low morale due to constant restructuring, staff layoffs.

Pros

Great facilities, events, wonderful town — access to creative talent, innovators, and opportunity to be a part of shaping the future of an institution.

Cons

High drama, lots of "clicks" among staff (feels a bit like high school), executive leadership lives in fear of President Paula Wallace and her family resulting in a fear-based culture which makes generating lasting and actionable strategy almost impossible.
