2. The management is rude and we have been yelled at several times.
3. There is a prevailing sense of insufficiency, as employees are made to feel this way.
4. There isn't a lot of diversity (mainly white men in higher roles) in the company, and Mexican employees are consistently treated as an inferior class of workers.
