Pros

I can definitely VOUCH that you’ll learn a lot. Their training camp is very very intense— iirc, out of 20+ new hires, only 9 of us made it to graduation lol

Cons

When I was there, the first payout was delayed by about a month because of cutoff schedules. That meant going through 20 days of RIGOROUS training without any pay. That was last year though, hopefully they’ve fixed it by now The client matchmaking process is also quite long, with very HIGH and STRICT standards. I’ve heard from previous batches that management tends to keep hiring VAs but leaves many waiting without updates, some even end up getting ghosted lol You’ll go through multiple tedious steps: several assessments, panel interviews, and video interviews, even when there isn’t a client ready yet, WHICH honestly feels unnecessary Some trainers can come off as outright rude, tbhh You’re also required to be on camera throughout the entire training period, only turning it off during breaks (no privacy or whatsoever) goodluck on that BTW.. I ended up leaving after two months without getting any client interviews. It just felt like too long. In the end, I realized the amount of stress wasn’t worth the pay you’d be getting. However, I think that’s just PH VA Agencies in general haha

Pros

Intensive training That's all I can think of

Cons

Underpaying company with a large roster of clients HRs and VP of Ops are very unprofessional Lots of overtimes with your hard work not being recognized Recruitment process is very strict and I've heard some applicants get ghosted with no updates whether they made it on the next stage or not, which I think is very unprofessional especially for a large recruitment agency Client placement is very strict but underpaid for the level of pressure you get I think all the positive reviews here are just made up by the management, because other review platforms will tell you otherwise. Working with this company has greatly reduced employee morale I had friends that applied to several positions, been contacted and never heard back
