All good in the beginning and then…

Pros

Flexible, hybrid working mode, used to have a few essential trainings but then no more. A very few of employees who are true talents and really dedicated in their work.

Cons

Unfairness in covering appropriately social insurance for employees especially those in APAC. Low class leadership considered it is Country Manager who got promoted from an R&D position. No healthcare package renewal, ever. Unclear career path, only good at making false statements.

- good and strong products to work in, u will gain good experience when u deal with their products - Maybe u can find good and helpful teammates - Remote environment

-Lack of Supportive Environment: During my time at Scaleflex, I found it challenging to receive the necessary support and guidance from senior colleagues. Their lack of helpfulness and judgmental attitudes created a disheartening work environment, no one would help you, and there were seniors there but not helpful & would judge u. -Inappropriate Recording of Meetings:- will record your 1-on-1 meetings without obtaining explicit permission from employees. This practice not only violates privacy norms but also creates an uncomfortable atmosphere, undermining trust and open communication within the workplace. -Work-Life Balance and Treatment: The company's approach towards work-life balance is severely lacking. Employees are often treated in a manner that resembles servitude, with little regard for personal well-being. This treatment becomes even more pronounced when expressing objections or requesting rights such as time off or salary increases. -Lack of Performance Feedback: It fails to provide timely and constructive feedback on employee performance. This absence of feedback and guidance hinders professional development, as individuals are unable to gauge their progress or identify areas for improvement. - sassy, bossy and judgemental attitude, - bad salary
