I joined scaler and resigned on the next day, what I felt was there is no respect for the employee as they treat like slave. At this organisation no resources been treated well abusing on floor for numbers and targets which isn't the right one. Even for a sim card reimbursement isn't there.. Based on target salary is been released talk time. Having 6 year of experience never ever worked in a company like scaler where there is no respect. IDK what changes you going to make in your customers life? Where your not able to meet basic needs of a resources. When you raise the complaint to HR just apologizing isn't a action looking from the management. I never recommend people to join this organisation get into huge depression and loss your self confidence.

Worst Work culture, whole team of managers and seniors are from Byjus, so they often beleive on working almost everyday , even after long working hours, no work life balance, high target pressure and every one member in the team feels trapped, HR use dirty politics to close offer letter by telling you that you have to sign offer letter today , also most of the folks leave team within a week or month, no one stays here for 1 yr, if someone tells you good abput company then understand they are telling you bcz on your joining they will get huge refferal bonus
