Higher up management is friendly and nice people. But they DO NOT listen to experienced employees nor do they listen to 90% of customer reviews. They tend to focus on miniscule details that do not matter to 99% of consumers. When there are things that actually need to be addressed they tend to focus on the non-important aspects of the business. Micromanaging is an understatement. Unrealistic expectations. And they do not appreciate the wonderful managers and staff they luck out on getting , which brings moral down all across the board. They never acknowledge the positive.
