Pros
It's a small indie studio, so it tends to be very flexible on a lot of matters like days-off, vacations, and working situations (e.g. remote work, contracts, etc.). The great co-workers were also very fun and easy-to-work with as the previous poster said. It could be a good place for someone senior who just wants a job that pays the bills.
Cons
It's a small indie studio and, like many others, this studio suffers gravely from a lack of experience and expertise in business administration and leadership. There seemed to have been no business strategy at all, causing a ruckus across the entire organization. And yes, there were many questionable decisions and actions made by its founders as previous poster said. Thus, employees are often left confused and unsure of what to do. The worst part is that although there were--and there are still--many competent people hired, they are often left unheard or ignored, making them feel frustrated and eventually wanting to leave. There are some heavy crunch time every now and then and some management mishaps, which is sadly common in the industry. However, the lack of organization and proper processes seems to be even more problematic more particularly for this studio. Lastly, I would recommend holding off applications to any opportunity here for someone junior or looking for career growth. There just isn't much room for career growth and recognition. There is no proper performance review in place, except for the Marketing Team. There wasn't much investment in individual career growth neither, so many employees end up getting stuck with low compensation rates despite years of experience, while new hires get much better rates.
