      Pros

      Co-workers are a good bunch of people.

      Cons

      Unrealistic in goals and workloads, and communications of such was basically non-existent. Managed by fear and intimidation for the most part.

      Pros

      Very prevalent in the Cleveland area. Great place to work. Very understanding and fun. Open to changes and takes advise really well. Healthy PTO policy and great benefits. Andrew and Chris do a great job of building the company and treating employees with respect while rewarding them for hardwork.

      Cons

      None that I can thing of. I have to write twenty words so I will just say that the parking situation can be difficult at times.
