Poor management in every way, including growing at a rate they shouldn’t have. No real high performers. Fake people. Favouritism, The people left survived by either being fake, playing blind to save themselves or have 5 faces. They’ve expanded to the US despite not getting it right in the UK yet. Cap commission at 15%, because they “pay better”. Lies! You only have to read the most recent fake review from management to see the type of people running the business, calling ex employee names. Very unprofessional!

Poor technology stack. Lots of ideas that sound great but don't work in reality. Commission plans are poor and getting worse. People aren't praised for work and are treated like a commodity. Good people who disagreed with views were managed out or let go. Favouritism to certain employees despite lack of results. Trainees are micromanaged. Overhired inexperienced people so had more people than jobs. Fake reviews from management on here. Don't have good relationships with clients.
