Very limited to say.

Cons

A family business in which only family members have key positions. Do not expect salaries above CAD 20.00 per hour even though you have an engineering degree. They always are looking for newcomers with limited Canadian experience to avoid paying fair salaries.

The team working in production and others outside of upper management positions are amazing, very friendly, only pro.

Cons

Upper management that sit in there glass offices treat their workers like slaves. They expect you to work sometimes without a lunch, I was told that on top of being told unpaid overtime for a lot of hours/ weekends not to mention very low wage. Management just suddenly disappear during important times, especially with important or many projects/products due. Then when theres a problem delegate blame on employees. Even when you do your job very well, you are micromanaged for no reason.

Enthusiastic young coworkers, good stepping stone to get some experience

Cons

Dishonest management, no defined set of duties, sometimes you are asked to take out the waste or sweep the floor, lift extremely heavy items, too many cooks in the kitchen, the manager tends to panic when we approach the due date of a project, low pay, unpaid overtime working
